Welcome to https://www.cheerful-cleaning.com (“Website”), owned and operated by Cheerful Cleaning LLC, a residential and commercial cleaning service in the Greater Seattle area. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Booking and Payment

Services must be scheduled in advance via phone, email, or online form.

A valid payment method is required to confirm appointments.

We accept major credit cards, Venmo, and ACH transfers.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged.
2. Cancellation Policy

Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may incur a $50 cancellation fee.

No-shows or inaccessible homes may be charged in full.
3. Service Guarantee

If you're not satisfied, notify us within 24 hours, and we will re-clean the missed area at no additional charge.

Refunds are not provided unless issues cannot be resolved.
4. Client Responsibilities

Homes must be accessible and free of hazards at the time of service.

Cheerful Cleaning is not responsible for damage due to faulty surfaces, pre-existing conditions, or unreported valuables.
5. Pet Policy

Please secure pets during the cleaning service for their safety and our team’s.

Inform us of any special instructions or sensitivities.
6. Damage & Breakage

We are insured and take care in every space. Accidental damage must be reported within 24 hours for a resolution.

Items of significant value ($500+) should be disclosed and secured prior to service.
7. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to decline service due to unsafe or unsanitary conditions, harassment, or inappropriate behavior.
8. Website Use
All content on our website is the property of Cheerful Cleaning LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to use of our services or website.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Disputes will be resolved in King County, WA.
